Default BBM convos disappear...

Please Login to Remove!

All of a sudden my bbm convos would just disappear as if I was intentionally ending the conversations...Not sure why this is happening but after a convo I would go back to my main menu and go back to bbm menu and BOOM ! current conversations gone...I called AT&T they suggested doing a master reset...

If anyone has any advice that would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks all

What is the 3310? Do you mean 8310? If so, please correct your profile to help others help you in the future.

What is your file free (Options > Status)?

I have this happen every now and then even with 45+MB free. I think it's a bug with the OS.

That's very low. Anytime it gets below 12 000 000, you are likely to start seeing data being delete from the device.

Start with doing a battery pull -- with the device powered on. Remove battery for 30 seconds and replace. That will free up some memory.

Move all pictures, music, ringtones to the media card so they don't take up device memory.

Then see here:

Mine's been doing that lately too (8330). And I have like 3 pictures on the device and that's it. And I don't really open a bunch of programs and leave them running or anything, so it's weird that it's a memory issue.

All the advice above is good, but there is one thing missing.... Dont forget to close apps such as viigo, google maps etc. Hit the BB button and scroll to close. Also too many BBM contacts, stored phone numbers and saved messages or email will take up space.
Tips* Forward saved emails or sms to a free email account on your and store it there.
use ALT LGLG and clear your event log and under OPTIONS-SECURITY enable your memory cleaning, that will place a icon on your phone that will clear clip board, address book cache and so on. Hope this helps
