Hello all, I have a question.

I currently have a Samsung Eternity, which is not a smart phone. I am currently using AT&T and have unlimited calling and data plans.

With this said, if I purchased a Blackberry on my own, would I be able to keep my plans and use Windows Exchange for emailing, contacts, etc...

The Eternity is good, but it is very frustrating that I can not have access to my work email.

You would need to get a BlackBerry data plan if you're looking for email capabilities.

So, the blackberry data plan is different than an "unlimited data plan"?

The BlackBerry data plan is also "unlimited," which is really capped at 5gb.

To answer your question, yes they're different. These links may better help you understand.
