Default update and lock?

Hi guys,I'm considering updating my BB 8320 unlocked T-mobile from 4.2 to v4.5 software using Blackberry App World store.The questing is - what the probability to restore original T-mobile locked status on the BB?

Your question is not very clear. Are you asking if doing the update, will lock your phone back up again? If so, the answer is no.
