I cannot remember the last time a specific user here was able to complete the sync successfully. Every time it is ran, the Desktop Manager stops responding and displays the Windows send error report. I fully removed the v4.5 and installed v4.7 from the BB website. Followed through with setting up the new sync settings for contacts and calendar to Outlook - errors still continue. Here are the contents of the error. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks:

Me too, with the Desktop manager crashes. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times and several versions. The last few weeks when the sync "worked" the times got shifted on my device either 1 hr later. but only some of them. I finally gave up and am syncing on Google Calendar, but even that isn't 100% accurate.
I HAVE to have accurate and reliable syncing (To outlook now). HELP

Susan B - I can successfully sync my novell groupwise and my 'berry, but I'm having trouble then syncing with Google.

When I try to sync google (and I've tried both their software and the GCAL program), the phone claims to be sending info to the calendar, but the calendar is blank.

Is google now running invisible calendars? <ggg, but sadly>

first of all, only sync 1 category at a time, do contacts only, uncheck all and see if it happens
repeat for all you use, 1 at a time to see if its happening for all. trying to narrow it down to 1 category hopefully
also try turning all items in startup tab within MSCONFIG and restarting PC to see if that resolves it

since its been done with multiple versions of desktop. Chances are its not desktop manager causing the problem. It is like you says startup items, not neccessarily 1 items. It is probably the fact that you have too many processes running at once which doesnt allow for enough available RAM or CPU power to run a full sync. Individual syncs would be less strain on your PC. So ya go into MSCONFIG startup tab and turn off useless tasks from running constantly and restart. then try again.
