Question Searching for network and waking up by itelf

Can someone help me with my Curve 8320 with T-Mobile. I have OS 4.5.0.81.
Phone unattended goes to sleep after 30sec. normally, then approximately 10mn later, a solid red LED comes on for about 4 secs it does not blink then the Blackberry wakes up by itself without me touching it and a message shows up on the screen saying "searching for network".
What is the problem? Thank you for any help you can give me.

Welcome to the forums.

Did you upgrade to 4.5.0.81? If so, do you have a media card in the device?

If you have a media card, remove it and see if you still have the same issue.

Yes, I did update to that version (4.5..81). Did have a micro card so took it out but it still is doing the same thing.
Also took out the battery and phone restarted but still same problem.
I don't know why the Blackberry is searching for network out of the blue when it feels like it.
