I have a Blackberry Curve 8310. I'm currently using a Go Phone plan with unlimited texting. Every time I recieve or send a text, I get a nofication where it says that my balance is $0.00. This happens because I have unlimited texting so it doesn't deduct any money. The only problem with that is it makes a beeping sound every time the nofication comes up.

No matter what I do with it, changing the profiles, setting up custom nofications, etc. It still beeps. To be honest, it's driving me nuts. I had 6 or 7 people with the exact same phone as I do try to turn it off. They can't. Bottom line, does anyone else experience this problem too? How did you solve it?

I did not experience this problem with my old phone because it simply vibrated every time I recieved a text rather than beeps.

The second problem I have is that I inserted a media card. It was formatted when I put it in. After a week of it working just fine, I started getting alerts that I need to format my card. All of my pictures, songs and videos disappeared. I tried to format my card on the phone but it freezes so I have to manually restart it. Anyone know how to advise me on this?

There is no solution other than to not use Go Phone service.
