Wirelessly posted (supercalifragilisticexpialidoc)

Its a different Browser for your BlackBerry. You might like it or you might not. Some people think its faster, more reliable, and just better overall.

Well, I find that it provides more webpages as their designers intended compared with the included browser, and the interface is more user friendly.

I like it better in some ways, but not others. For example, almost any page will load cleanly in OM, but the BB browser messes up the formatting on about 25% of the pages I load.

On the other hand, when I'm using the BB browser, all the regular BB shortcuts work. In OM, you have to navigate differently. Also, I have my left convenience key set to the BB Application Launcher so I can switch between applications more easily, but when I'm in OM, the App Launcher will not fire. I have to press the hang-up key to back out of OM before I can get the App Launcher to fire.

I'm looking forward to what the Bolt browser will be like once they iron out all their 8300 issues.

It's free. You won't know if it's of any use to you without actually trying it. You can delete it if you don't like it. It's not like any app you load is permanently loaded...

I personally can't stand it but many love it. YMMV.

I agree with you about Bolt. It has a lot of potential, but I long way to go in development.
