Default 8310 Suddenly Dying--Please Help

Please Login to Remove!

AT&T 8310 on BIS, about 1 year old. Just running Pocketday plus the resident apps. Has suddently started dying. Battery is at about 80-90%, but will suddenly turn off during surfing, or phone call. Have to plug in the phone to get it to turn back on. Battery pulls have not helped. Did just notice today that the Bluetooth was unintentionally on for last couple days, but this problem has been growing more frequent over last 2 months. Any ideas? Battery?

I would suspect the battery. Try replacing it and see if that helps.

I got my 8320 in May of last year so it's about to hit the one year mark. The same thing started happening to my Curve a couple of weeks ago. It keeps getting progressively worse. I charge the battery whenever possible. It is usually plugged in all night and during the day while I'm at work. Still, this morning on my way to work it died after only a couple of minutes. (BT enabled to get traffic reports through my TomTom). When this happens I can only turn it on by either pulling the battery or just plugging it in again. The battery indicator then shows the battery to be almost completely empty. I did suspect that the battery was going bad and already ordered a new one on Amazon. I do wonder though if it is normal for a BB battery to go bad after less than a year.
Hello, mother. I come bearing a gift. I'll give you a hint. It's in my diaper and it's not a toaster.
