Default Why can't I store any files?

Please Login to Remove!

I just bought a blackberry curve 8320 from t-mobile off ebay. This is an unlocked phone and I am using it on AT&T. Anyway I went to "My Computer" and then plugged in the usb cord and connected the phone to my laptop, after I plugged it in "Removable Disk F" popped up and I clicked on it. I get the Insert Disk message. "Please insert a disk into removable disk F"

whats the deal!!!

Welcome to the forums.

Do you have a media card in the device? If so, you may need to format it.

The Device Memory will not show up as a Removable Disk on your computer. If you want to access the device memory from your computer, you need to use Roxio Media Manager through the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

Motorcycle Mama is right, your "My computer" can not read Device Manager, it's maybe a bug so it recognize your BlackBerry as a removable drive. Try the Media Manager to put your files on Device memory
