Default Is my mobile network signal broken?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm new to this so if this has been asked before sorry.

I've had my curve 8320 for about six months now and I've never had a problem until this weekend.
It started Friday night when my 8320 randomly restarted.
Didn't think anything of it until it was restarting for the fifth time in thirty minutes.
Once it started back up I turned it off and just plugged it in to charge.
Saturday morning I noticed it had no service, I turned on wi-fi to see if it would help get signal and it did.
Right about noon it started to restart continually, I didn't have the chance to power it off. So i pulled out the battery and looked online to see what was up.
It ended up being a ring tone that I just put on was the problem. (or at least I think it was, it stopped restarting after I deleted it)
Later that night before going out I lost all signal right as I turned off wi-fi.
When im at home I can use my wifi and my phone will say im connected to tmobile, but right as wifi is turned off it starts searching for network and eventually says no service.
I've done the battery pullout for a minute, resent the service books, and even done the whole memory wipe.
I'm using the 4.5.0.81 OS (I installed that in Dec)
I have 25mb of memory left.
I've tried my sim card in a friend's 8320 and it worked perfectly.
Is there anything else i can do or is the internal radio broken?
Could the random restarting have messed with something?

Maybe you could try and upgrade to the newest OS and see if that fixes anything...other than that, did you drop it?
