I created a few rules in outlook for incoming emails. The emails are going to the correct folders but not able to view on BB. All others emails that are sent straight to my inbox are still showing up. Where can i view the emails sent to designated folders???

You would need to enable folder redirection on the device.

Messages > Options > Email Settings > Menu Key > Folder Redirection. From there, select which folders you would like.

This works on BES, if you're on BIS, this will not work.

In short; BES is for corporate mail, BIS is for personal mail.

How can it be changed if I'm using BIS?

I believe if you use the redirector option in Desktop Manager. I am not 100% sure as I have never used it.

What is probably happening is that email is being downloaded to Outlook and then deleted from your email server before it is pushed by RIM to your device.

I don't think the folder options work on BIS.

Check your Outlook advanced settings to make sure that "Leave Mail onServer" is checked.
