I have no idea how to sync a Q to outlook, find Help on their forums. once you have found that out, we can help you sync from outlook to your BB

if your Q has bluetooth you can also try syncing device to device through bluetooth

If the Moto Q uses Windows Mobile Device Center, go ahead and sync. Once you connect your BB and the device manager comes up, set up your sync for address book, calendar, tasks, and memo. You have the option to set the BB sync from Outlook to your device one way or 2way from Outlook to device and vice-versa. That will put all of your info on.

I'm a new BB user myself and I have 2 phones active, and I have had problems with duplicate entries, so I'm no help there, but I can get the info on the device. Hope this helps

Not sure which version of WinMo it's running but have you tried the Switch Device Wizard in the Desktop Manager?

Maybe your wireless carrier can help you with it?
