Default Help...BB Messenger

Please Login to Remove!

I keep having a recurrent problem and was wondering if someone could help. The conversations on my BB messenger keep getting cleared. I am not clearing the history. I have asked those that I 'talk' to if the history on their end is getting cleared and they say no. It also "deleted" on of my contacts and I did check with her and I am still on her contact list. The last time it happened I took my BB in and they updated the software (just 2 weeks ago). But last time the conversations were the first to go and after awhile it started deleting all my texts then started getting rid of emails. I have checked the device memory and I have a lot left. Any ideas anyone?????

I checked that...I have over 44000000 bytes of memory left. I was wondering if it just an issue with my BB as in there is something wrong with it or if this is a common problem? I have insurance on it and just don't want to have to switch it out because I don't want to wait the 2-3 days.

Well, 44mb free is more than enough.
Can you double check the number?

I seem to recall other Sprint users reporting this same issue with plenty of available memory.

Well if others have had the same issue then it's probably not my phone. Do you by any chance remember what the issue was/is? I thought that the data was saved on my phone so I don't understand why it would be an issue with the company? Am I wrong in assuming this?
