Unhappy Sd Frustating Issue!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Hey guys Ive been seraching for solution to this issue and I can seem to find the right answers. Im trying to sync my BB CURVE 8310 4gb SD card with Wndows Media and its not even reading the card nor Im getting the pop up of a SD being read by the laptop. It does read it with a sd card adaptop. I just did a wipe clean and still nothing!!! the only thing I can use to sync its Roxio but that a pain in the a**. Is there a solution to this or Im just screwed?

Can you check the following setting?

menu>options>Media Card> Mass Storage Mode Support = ON

Ok!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you have anything else connected via USB? Do you have any drives mapped? Mass storage likes to assign the lowest value like drive "E:" is anything else mapped on it?

Nothing and I checked to see if two drives were using the same letters and still nothing arggg!!!!

What OS is on your computer?

If you plug a normal thumb drive into your computer does it that just fine?
