Default OS upgrade for 8320

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my 8320 from BT OS 4.2 to 4.5. I have tried to upgrade through the carrier link on blackberry.com but the newest version is 4.2. The phone came with BT 4.2 OS. Is there a 4.5 that is not carrier specific? The phone is not locked to BT but I'm using it with 3 network.

Thanks

AS long as it is a version for the 8320, you can upgrade to it. OS versions are model-specific ( i.e; you can't use an 8300 OS on your 8320). The Carrier designation doesn't prevent you from using it.
