Default Contact limit on 8310?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a customer who has a V4.0 BES with several BB 8310 devices, they have the need to sync contacts from public folders to the blackberry devices so they've been using Add2Exchange for a while now.
They're saying that certain contacts aren't syncronising & changes to contacts done seem to syncronise either.
There's very little in the way of error messages either on the BES or in Add2Exchange, the relationships are not in Alert Status.
Is there a limit on the amount of contacts the device can store? Currently there's 11,300 contacts in the public folder & i'm struggling to find out where the problem lies. According to the handset manager the 8310 has 17Mb RAM free.

Wirelessly posted (overwhelmingly stressed)

The limit to # of contacts is only limited by the amount of memory available on the BB!
