Hi, and new here and I've spent a while reading bb problems trying to solve mine but couldn't find any similar.

The problem is that I can't connect on internet and also my BB messenger doesn't work correctly, I can text to people from it but I don't recieve what they say to me.
When I connect with Wifi I can only connect on internet but my bb messenger won't work either...
It all used to work fine but recently this happened, I have the Data Plan so I don't know what this could be. Also I went to Movistar's offices to see if they knew what was it and they didn't have a clue of what happened to my bb.. (Movistar is like AT&T here in Venezuela)

What did you do just before these things happened? Did you download an app perhaps?

With the device on, pull the battery for 30 seconds, reinstall and let the device reboot. Does that help?

Do you have a BB data plan? Sounds to me like it is just a generic plan, not one for the BB, especially since BBM won't work. BBM requires BB data to work.

I've tried removing the battery and nothing happened, when this happened I wasn't doing anything! the bb messenger only worked with wifi, then I sent it to the tech to see if he could do something about it and after it stopped working at all
