I have a 8320 daughter sprayed windex,i pulled battery did rice deal and let sit.now it constantly reboots.took it apart and no signs of moisture.did jl and reload 4.5 ,still makes calls and can text but constant reboot

How long ago, I would keep the battery off and keep it unplugged for at least a day.

So it has time to dry up.

What happens if you remove the media card?

Everything must likely dried up.. the damage may be permanant.

Have you tried a hair dryer? My mom had a nasty habit of wearing hers around her neck and dipping it in water every time she brushed her teeth!! She had incredibly good luck with the hair dryer method (until she decided to buy the insurance!)

Have you tried taking the phone apart and cleaning out any of the residue that is under the keyboard, and screen from the windx?

yes fully dissasembled no sign of residue

It seems as though you have done all you could to resolve this issue. Unless someone comes up with a better idea for you, I recommend that you contact your wireless carrier, and see if they will replace the phone for you, as long as it is still under the one year warranty period... Good luck.
