Default Restore Blackberry to new Outlook file?

Please Login to Remove!

My 8310 won't sync properly with my outlook.

This problem started when the Desktop Manager crashed during sync. I reinstalled the Manager according to some advice I found on these forums. I also started a new Outlook file.

I want to restore my Blackberry stuff into my Outlook file but it doesn't seem to work.

When I setup the sync and then let it run, it only restores some of my calendar items. The rest are left out, especially the reoccurring calender items.

How can I restore my Blackberry file to Outlook?

How do you have DM configured to sync?

What version of Outlook are you using?

What version of DM?

I've reset DM sync configuration multiple times. I let it "replace all events"... I've tried adjusting it in multiple ways. Doesn't seem to work.

I'm using Outlook 2007 with the latest version of DM. (I uninstalled DM and reinstalled it.)

Have you tried setting up Google Calendar Sync to see if the events will sync with that?

hmm... Google Calendar won't sync back into Outlook either. ...crap.

Any further advice? I guess this is turning into more of an Outlook problem. :(

Is Outlook on your personal PC or a corporate PC?

Is the BB on BES?

How many calendars do you have on your BlackBerry?
Do all your calendar items appear in the same calendar?

check the options of your calendar to see how many calendars you have and what colors are associated with them.
