I went through the profile numerous times, but I just can't find it.

If I miss a call, the bb blinks the red light, which is fine if I see it. Is there a way to change the missed call reminder to an audible tone? But I only want the tone for missed phone calls, not email and other message arrivals. For those I only use the blinking red light. Thanks!

Nothing that i know of thats standard out of the box. You can check out BBAlerts just look for it on handango.com. Its about $13 bucks. There may be some other apps out there as well, but I know of a lot of people who use BBAlerts.

I am surprised that I would have to buy another app. This is pretty much a standard feature on most phones.

Just to clarify, you're not referring to a voice mail alert but an alert for a call you missed that left no voice mail?

I bought an app called 'Missed Call Alert'. It does the same thing my Razor did, an audible reminder that I missed a call. It shows up as an option in your Profile and you can set the number of mins for the alert to repeat.
I got it from Crackberry. I haven't had any problems.

If it were me - I would go with the Missing Light app.

Instead of a tone - it provides a very bright and very unique purple blinking light which you can not miss and can not mistake for any other notifier. It is only $2.95 as well.

I downloaded MissingLight and tried it out. Nice! And right now it's not $2.99. Mobihand has it on sale for $2.51. Worth it.

A purple light might be good but I prefer something audible since the blackberry is in my purse most of the day and I never saw the red blinking light. I can set the tone to be completely different to distinguish it and since I have be on call some nights, the tone wakes me up.
