Default Can't back up...

Please Login to Remove!

OK. First off here is a list of my system:

1) Curve 8330
2) 4.5.131
3) DM 4.7
4) Dell XPS M1730 with Vista Ultimate (4gb ram)

Here is were the error stops:

Memory cleaner Options

And the error message:

Error backing database(s).

Now this is what I tried:

1) Disabled the memory cleaner
2) Clear Cache and cookies in Browser
3) Changed Key Stores to no
4) Uninstalled DM 4.7
5) installed DM 4.5
6) Installed DM 4.7 again.
7) Cussed up and down...

I have tried to back up after every one. All failed miserably!! It looks like the last time i was successful in backing up the system is 3/26/09. Funny thing is I never noticed it wasn't backing up till I did a restore.

Are you able to clear the memory cleaner database?

From DM with the device connected, go to backup/restore and select advanced. The column on the right will be the device databases. Try highlighting the Memory Cleaner Options and clicking clear. That will clear the database. Try backing up after that.
