Default Media Card issues

Please Login to Remove!

I just got a BB 8310 and i got a memory card in it but the media card option only gives me Media Card support off: with a lock next to it.
How Can I enable it. I tried all night but no success.
Could anyone please enlighten me that would be appreciated.

Thnx Guys.

It sounds like there is an IT Policy on the device which prohibits Media Cards.

So, are you on a BES? If so, you need to talk to your IT Administrator.

If not, did you purchase the phone used?

You may want to check the How To remove an IT policy or wiping the device with JL_CMDer to remove that IT policy since you will not be able to use the media card until that policy is removed.
