Angry Help with sync with BES and Exchange Server

Please Login to Remove!

I have had my 8330 since October and have tried different ways to map to our server. (We use remote desktop connection.) I cannot get the BB to sync consistently with the calendar (items either dup or delete) and the contacts don't sync consistently either. We are willing to PAY someone to help us get this straight. Any takers????

dont you have a BES admin to handle that?

That's what I'm wondering. RDP isn't relevant as the BB doesn't connect via RDP.

I have been using BB 8300 for some time now with Hosted Exchange. So far not many synching issues with e-mail calendar etc....Only place some occasional problem is task list.
