Ok, so I have a verizon bb curve, 8330... os 4.5.. all of a sudden I have noticed that my calendar appointments do not go off... they used too.. I dont get it.. I set an appointment, with a reminder and the appt comes and goes without any notification.

I checked my settings, I have alerts set for my calendar.. I just dont get it.. is it something with the os? My husband has the same phone and his is now doing the same thing.. we have different themes... Does the theme have anything to do with calendar appts going off?

this is really annoying and calling verzion for help is useless, they know nothing about the phone..

Themes shouldn't be affecting the reminder. Have you tried a reset or battery pull?

Where are you checking your settings? In the calendar?

You should check your Profile settings, too.
1) Click on the Profile icon.
2) Scroll down to Advanced... and select it.
3) Select your "active" profile.
4) Select Calendar.

Make sure Out of Holster and In Holster settings aren't set as "None".

tahnks for the help, I changed the remimder to NONE instead of 0 mins, cause i didnt want a reminder to go off..i didnt know that meant no notification either.. silly me
