Default new Icon (for me) on Curve

Please Login to Remove!

I recently upgraded to the curve and am very happy! However, a couple weeks ago I got a strange icon on my phone that I am not familiar with. On the home screen it is next to the number of emails but before the clock. It Looks like a msg on top of a piece of paper ontop of a msg.

I can't post links yet (new user here!) tho. Can anyone help me?

It sounds like another notification of some sort. It could be SMS possibly. I would follow these steps.

Check all of your folders and verify there's nothing unread.

Nope, I don't think it's MMS/SMS (that's an mail icon skewed). I wish I could post a pic. Let me see if i can get my count up

When you highlight the icon, what does it say at the bottom of the screen?

It's not an application icon, it's a notification. Here is a working version of the link.

I can't get it highlighted. It's up at the top of screen:
profiles, msg indicator, SMS, then the unknown icon; then the time.

Go to your Messages. Press Alt + v and see if there is anything in there.
