Recently appeared icon

I recently noticed a new icon that appears when I am talking on the phone and was wondering if anyone knew what it was.

The icon appears near the upper right corner of the screen and it is a blue and black box split down the middle diagonally.

Any answers would be welcome.

Thanks! But what exactly is "enhanced audio"? What does it do?

At some point you adjusted the audio from setting from the factory settings. Be it Treble boost, Bass boost or whatever.

The icon appears indicating the feature is working.

The direction of the diagonal part indicates which level has been adjusted - but I partied pretty dam hard last night and am only on my 1st cup of coffee this morning so my feeble little hard drive is struggling with remembering such complex tasks and equations right now.:?
