Ever since installing Desktop Manager v4.7 it LITERALLY takes 60 minutes to sync my 5000 Contacts from Outlook. Sync of Task, Calendar & Memos works perfectly & takes a reasonable amount of time (2-3 minutes Max).

Search your computer for that "ScanPST.exe" file, and to find your PST files search for ".pst"

1. How to ROll Back to 4.6

Which method (Roll Back v. PST Scan) is likely to give me best result/fastest sync w/o potentially screwing up my data?

I think I located my "Outlook.pst" file, and many versions of "ScanPST.exe" on my
computer. I assume I should use the mose recent version?

Quickest thing for you do it uninstall Desktop Manager 4.7 and go back to 4.6..


Normally you have 1 Scanpst.exe file.. in your case use the latest version.

Where can I find version 4.6 for download? Verizon (my service provider) only shows v4.5 for download.

4.5 is the device OS. SteveO86 is referring to the desktop manager. You can find that on the BlackBerry website.
