Is there an App out there that gives an option to join calls? I had a 8310 Curve with At&t and it came with this option. Any help would be appreciated!

have you tried making another call while one is active.
the Join or conference option would only come up when you have 2 or more active calls.

Dial the first number. After they answer, press Menu and select Conference Call. Dial the second number.

I think you have to have 2 lines to do conference calls.

two lines means, you need to have two Active calls so they can be Joined.

Nope. As long as you have three way calling on your plan, you can do it.

And I use it all the time to chat with family members.

What I meant was, lets say I'm on a call and someone else calls (call waiting),
there's no option to join the two calls. As I mentioned before, I had this option with my previous 8310 from At&t, but theres no option for it on my 8330 from Verizon

Sounds like a question for your carrier...

I have T-Mobile, and if I put caller 1 on hold to answer caller 2 I can then Hit menu, and have an option to confernce the calls.
