after have a none event full conversation with tech support my questions still are unresolved
After reading the instruction which leave one more confused were do I

Set the filter for the main body of the text without my e-mail compleatly stops going to my Blackberry?

I have a website for my company and I get some much spam it is fustrating. I did take out any posted e-mail address in my site 5 months ago and just have a link when you click it, it open your outlook or other e-mail program that one uses.

help I am over getting e-mails from the FBI and the pharmcy

If you're trying to manually filter spam I can tell you it's just an exercise in futility and frustration. You need to filter spam before it hits BIS (i.e. on the mail server or before the mail gets to the mail server).

How exactly were you setting up your filter? You have to be very careful with them as the filters are very literal and it's very easy to filter more or less than intended.
