Here's a good one. My phone drops all the info for one of my contacts with the exception of her mobile number and her name. This contact happens to be my wife! She is not amused and neither am I. I have done the obligatory 2, 5, and 30 minute battery pulls. Yesterday I wiped my 8350i and today after quickpull did it's thing at 12 noon, her d.c.# and email disappeared. This does not happen to ANY of my other contacts. Anybody have any ideas?

If I had a problem like that, I would completely delete the entry for her and create a new one. Re-enter everything manually, don't copy and paste anything. Something may be corrupt in that one entry and you don't know what it is.

Doesn't tell you why the problem exists but may fix it.

It could be a SIM phonebook entry problem, like the old entry is overwriting the new one. If not that, perhaps a syncing problem, whether through your computer or something like Google Sync.
