Hi everyone. First post here. I recently tried updating my OS with the latest 4.5 version via the BB site using my USB cable and towards the end of the installation my blackberry screen turned white with a black horizontal bar on top? Tried removing/replacing the battery to no avail. Cant even turn the phone on nor off My computer cant even detect it anymore. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.

Download the program jl_cmdr. Remove the battery, plug it in, then replace the battery. Jl-cmdr should pick up a connection. Then wipe it and reload the software
