Default Icon Popped Up Yesterday

The other day I noticed while on a call, and only while on a call, that a new icon popped up. I have no idea what it is and was wondering if anyone might be able to help.

Looks like Enhanced Audio. Go into your Phone Folder Menu>Options>General Options>Enhanced Call Audio = NORMAL.
