Default Enterprise activation message and other woes

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, am having a few issues with my curve. I am having it flash a white screen with enterprise activation some times during startup. When I go to advanced I see the enterprise activation menu listed there. When I reauthenticate with *22899 or just *228 opt. #1 it reverts back to no enterprise activation listed and PROVISIONING says BESPRV-NA. I am on BIS plan. Lately as well it will not make any type of phone calls. Nothing not even to *611. Battery pull does nothing. Resetting connections does not solve the issue either. What could be wrong and why am I constantly being prompted for enterprise activation? Any help from enterprise administrators is most welcomed. Oh sometimes it says ent. activation then switches to something that says catagory view.

Where did you buy this phone from?

Is it business or personal?

And you do not have a BES plan, only a BIS correct?

It's my own personal phone. I use BIS only. I have 3 blackberry phones the pearl flashes the enterprise activation as well at times. The whole screen sometimes whites out or sometimes a small box appears with enterprise activation in it. How do I keep this from popping up?

Where did buy these phones? Enterprise Activation only happens if it's done manually.

You may have to wipe the phone with JL_CMDer....

Hmm. I have JL_CMDer. Hate to do it unless I have to. When phone is activated email accounts are set up x3 for each one. Guess it's just possessed. I'll just move on.

Yea I'd wipe it, just get rid of the issue completely.
