My 8320 keeps dropping my calls every time I try to access my voicemail. All other out going calls work but when I try to call me cell it doesnt even connect. I have tried to reset the phone but the same thing still happens. The only way I get my messages is to call my cell from another phone. HELP!!!!!

If your voicemail is programmed to a shortcut like 1 on speed dial, make sure the number to your VM hasn't changed. Most carriers have a phone number that you call to check your VM.
