Exclamation Oh boy, transferring music

Please Login to Remove!

So I used to be able to connect my curve and have a prompt show up, "enable mass storage..." yada ya, and it still does, so I just pressed "yes"

But it also used to bring up "windows viewer" or something where it just lets me drag stuff into the drive, that doesn't happen anymore, and since I removed Media manager since it was acting wacky and since I usually had better luck with the windows viewer thing, I don't know what to do.

P.S. there is that little green arrow thing next to the time on the bottom right hand corner of my computer that says "safely remove hardware: drive E" but yet when I go to "my computer", there's nothing in drive E. So i don't know. Help. Please :(

Just go to my computer and you should be able to access the memory card on your BB.

when i go to my computer all i see is my C drive, my D drive, and then the E drive appears when my blackberry is connected, but then when I click on it, it says, "please enter disk into E drive"

Options -> Media Card make sure Mass Storage Mode is enabled automatically.

If you have a Password on your device you will need to enter that password to get Mass Storage mode to really work.

ok i figured it out. i went to programs from the start menu on my pc, looked for anything blackberry, clicked on media syn, even though i hate that program, it said there was an update available, so i clicked on it to update. seconds later, it read my blackberry and the Removable E: window popped up....yay! thanks all!
