Default My mobile.blackberry.com doesn't work on my internet browser anymore!

Please Login to Remove!

Few months ago I tried going on mobile.blackberry.com but it didn't work! I got the phone last summer and it has worked but recently it hasn't. I go to the site and it says
this blackberry help website is designed for use with blackberry
-Is there any way to fix this?

And I keep trying to install the new facebook for my Blackberry Curve 8330 but my App world application won't work cause it says I have no service that has browsing but I do have a data plan.

Don't know whats wrong with my phone! Please help

1. Do you have a BLACKBERRY Data Plan? The BlackBerry Browser and App World won't work with a Generic Data Plan.

2. If you DO have the proper data plan, check your Browser Emulation. In the Browser, press Menu, select Options, select Browser Configuration, and be sure that the Emulation Mode is set to BlackBerry.

3. Do a Battery Pull with the device turned on.

4. Resend your Service Books.

The app world and blackberry browser has worked before on my phone. I do have a data plan.
I did the menu, options and my phone is set to blackberry. I've taken my battery out numerous times already. its quite frustrating.

Double check the browser emulation settings. Also -- make sure you're setting the browser emulation for the browser you're actually using and not one of the other browsers.

You can see which browser is your default by going to:

Browser->Options->General Properties->Default Browser or
Options->Advanced Options->Browser

Follow Motorcycle Mama's instructions in #2 to the letter. You need to make sure you're setting the Emulation Mode which is near the bottom of the Browser Configuration page.
