Default horrible battery?

Please Login to Remove!

i just bought a bb 8300 off of ebay and it has really horrible battery life. it drops 5% about every 40 - 45 minutes and it has "crashed" on me twice while texting and listening to music. i dont think its normal for it to crash how it has been. is the problem the battery or is it something more serious?

what kind of battery life do you get out of that battery? im a big texter, close to 1000 a day, and dont want to have to bring a charger everywhere i go to keep my bb up and running.

Default same problem

Hey I had the same problem with my 8310... I thought it was the battery and went and got a new battery for it and thought it be good. But no it keeps draining my battery and only last for about an hour. So it's the phone and you need to call customer care and if you still have a warranty on it then you will be allowed to exchange for a new one. I just got mine yesterday.
