|  8330 (VZW) - Shuts off/Volume off
Please Login to Remove! I have a BB 8330 on VZW with it connected on BES.
Issues with the phone:
-sound randomly doesn't work
-will shut off and turn back on randomly
-slow when sending messages, etc
I've done a hard reset. To fix the sound issue, I need to do a soft reset. Have gone into the store and had them look at it, to no avail.
Is this how the phone operates? Any suggestions?
