Unhappy Flashplayer

How can I browse the web on my 8330 when so many sites require flashplayer? It is extremely aggravating. There must be some way to view content on a blackberry-SMARTPHONE!

Calm down. Flash is not supported on the BlackBerry. There's nothing you can do. You could try other 3rd party browsers such as Opera Mini and Bolt. They will display pages as you would see on your PC, but you still will not be able to see the flash content.

FWIW, AFAIK the iPhone doesn't support Flash either.

the iphone doesn't support flash either. right now, it's just windows mobile and symbian os phones that I know of. if you go to adobe.com and look in mobile products, they provide a list of devices that support flash.

Wirelessly posted (Bold 9000)

I think Adobe should come into the 21st century and develop Flashplayer for BB and other smartphones

WM 6.1 doesn't support Flash either. WM 6.5 is supposed to (but it isn't out yet). I agree - this is another Adobe issue :(

I read somewhere that Skyfire will bring flash capability to the bb world. Any truth to that? Something about it being done server-side at Skyfire then pushed to the bb.
