| BB Curve 8320 headset problems Please Login to Remove! I may have done something stupid, but not so stupid that my phone doesn't work. I have a headset I use for my computer and I typically use a bluetooth device for my Blackberry Curve. Yesterday, I was on a conference call and needed to be handsfree, but didn't have my bluetooth. I grabbed the headset I use for my computer and it had the right plug, but it didn't work on the phone. It also completely screwed up my phone, even though it was plugged in for literally seconds. Now the volume fluctuates up and down and makes a clicking noise when I try to use it. I can't take or make any calls. I tried turning it off for a while and turning it back on, but nothing works. How do I reset it?
I have to say that I've had some pretty cheap cell phones in my life and this Blackberry that is supposed to be the greatest phone ever is by far the worst. I hate it! Can anyone help me fix it before I have to call T-Mobile for a new phone and a new contract that I don't want?
