Default 8350i wifi icon gray out

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I had to replaced my 8350i for a new one, after sync was done I try to connect to my wifi, went to manage connections-wifi options and the profiles from my old BB were there, I tried to connect, I see the name of my SSID on the screen but the wifi logo is gray Out > i checked if I got and IP from my router , and the ip is there, but the external IP is the one from my carrier. How can I make the wifi back to work?

Tks,

Wirelessly posted (MY 8900)

Delete and readd your SSID's

Also check that your new 8350i doesn't have somebody's IT Policy on it blocking WiFi use.
