Hi,

I had to replaced my 8350i for a new one,after sync was done I try to connect to my wifi, went to manage connections-wifi options and the profiles from my old BB were there, I tried to connect, I see the name of my SSID on the screen but the wifi logo is gray Out > i checked if I got and IP from my router , and the ip is there, but the external IP is the one from my carrier. How can I make the wifi back to work?

Delete and readd your SSID's

Also check that your new 8350i doesn't have somebody's IT Policy on it blocking WiFi use.
