Unhappy My 8320 tethered internet stopped working for my computer - 07-03-2009, 03:38 AM

I went through the process and finally got my internet working on my computer using the USB cord to my blackberry... It was working great for days and then just stopped working. It says that it is connected to the internet but I can't really get online. I made sure to put the bb programs on the allow list for firewall... This didn't work... so I restored my computer... that made it work for a few more days and then it stopped working again. What is going on?

My service provider is T-Mobile... Please send me a holler!

My computer seems to reset things after a while so I have to check the setup and fix whatever isn't right. I think what usually gets out of whack for me is the special modem string. Not sure if you're seeing the same problem, but try checking all the settings again and see if the settings have changed.

The connection is very tempermental. Usually when I get cut off it requires a battery pull to get working again so if you haven't tried that I would. What error message are you getting?
