Default Question about adding new contact - 07-03-2009, 09:44 AM

I have a question on adding a new contact on my Curve 8310. What I usually do when I add a contact to my address book is start by typing in the new contact's phone number, then I click "Add to address book" and then I see where it puts the number I added to the "Workl" number field. Usually, all the numbers I input are mobile numbers. My question is this: is there a way to default where the numbers go, for example i would like all the numbers to default to the "Mobile" field on the contact numbers...any help would be appreciated!!

You can't change that default.

You can however, get a third party application known as "SaveNumberAs" which will do it for you.

JS -

I was looking for this app the other day for some one and was unable to track it down.

SaveNumberAs is no longer listed in Fabians apps?
