hey guys im trying to back up my curve and when it get to pin messages it gives me an error could not back up database?

i think it is because it is on a enterprise activation mode?and i have saved folders??

i really need to back it up..

There are LOADS of threads on how to solve backup problems. Try this one (clear browser cache) and search and check out the other ones.
