The problem I am having with my 8330m is I can send video,audio,and pictures fine and receive pictures perfectly fine, but when I get sent videos it's just a black box in the text the video will not play at all and I can't seem to figure out why.

Could I please have some help or advice with this issue I can't figure out what the problem is. Thanks In Advance!

The sender might be using a format your BB doesn't support. Try sending a short video to yourself and see if it plays.

I sent a video to myself and it worked. The person that sent me a video sent it from a Palm Centro on Verizon.

A friend of mine just stopped by and they have a palm phone from sprint and the video didn't work from there either. So I am starting to think it is just Palm.
