Default 8300 Problem!!

Please Login to Remove!

whenever i try to turn it wont turn on it says device error 424, i tryed to update the software with DMT4.7 and whenever i reaches at 2nd stage out of 5 it stop and says unable to reconect to the device during a multi-stage load operation. can any1 help me plz?

do a resettofactory with jl_cmder then you can try again with 4.6 version. worked for me

Default jl cmder

i tried wipeing with jlcmnder and nothing happened, whenever i try to wipe jl_cmder goes back to the starting stage.

That message (unable to reconnect during a multistage operation) generally indicates that the BB is not getting enough power over the USB connection.

Make sure you are not connected through a USB hub; if possible, try to connect to the back of your PC.
