I recently downloaded a piece of crap app that I want to remove from my BB. When I connect to my BB Desktop Manager and use the Application Loader, I can see the app populated in the list. When I go to uncheck the item, so it will be removed, it re-checks itself so it will not be removed. HELP!!

Try going to Options|Advanced Options|Applications and the located the application there, activate the BlackBerry menu and delete the application. Once its deleted you can then do a battery pull and see what happens.
