Default Desktop Manager 4.7.0.037 dysfunction

Please Login to Remove!

I have DM version 4.7.0.037 installed. I believe I updated it from a previous version via an auto update. When connected to my device (4.5.0.077), I cannot use Media Manager, i.e., the button is greyed-out. With the previous DM version, this was functional.

Any experience with this issue here?

It is possible that you upgraded to a version that did not include the Roxio Media Manager. Download a fresh copy with the Media Manager and you should be fine.

Thanks, Phil, that seems like a very plausible cause. I'll try a new install.
