Hi can someone help me please.
I have a BlackBerry 8320 and i'm having problems taking and viewing pictures.
When i try to take a picture with the phones camera i can see the image that i want clear,but when i snap the picture the phone screen turns white.The pictures are save as IMG.jpg but i can not view them.
Is there something that i can do to fix this thanks for any help. :?

First off, do this:

With your BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery a few seconds, replace it, and allow the BlackBerry to reboot. After reboot, give it a few minutes to settle down all the data activity, then try the camera again.

THEN, if still not, Open the camera > Menu > Options > and see where you are saving your camera image to... should be your Media Card, not the device memory.

I would recommend to you that you upgrade the OS on the device then.

See the "Latest 8320 OS" thread , stuck at the top of this 8300 section of the forum and follow the directions there.

Do a complete backup first of your device, using Desktop Manager.

Ok thanks that will be this one right? "Latest OS: 8320 4.5.0.255/4.5.0.162 (EastAsia + English)" and where do i find the Desktop Manager am using windows xp thanks.
