Talking IMEI and PIN

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,im in Indonesia..I have 8320 Gold T-Mobile, yesterday i try to register with local provider but IMEI and PIN is invalid..Can someone tell me why?

Did you buy your device from some place other than a retail store? If its a second hand device the PIN might not have been released from the previous owner's account.

As for the IMEI, they would probably be more related to your carrier as that is associated with your SIM.

yes,i bought from second hand..but i already check from the previous provider its already released and no problem.

but,when i register to new provider it won't work.The GPRS is capital,but the browser,YM,Facebook didn't works. and also for the email setting.

Certain providers may restrict access to certain areas dependent on your data plan chosen. (IE: Some providers offer an e-mail only plan and restrict certain protocols). I would double check with your provider to ensure you are not running a data plan with a certain restriction.

Make sure your actually active on RIM as well network provider should be able to advise this it may be that you dont have the blackberry service on your account
